- WEST POINT CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON AUGUST 5, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following: - AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW A-20 AGRICULTURAL ZONING DESIGNATION - AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN UPDATED GENERAL PLAN LAND USE MAP COMMENTS MUST BE MADE IN-PERSON DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING OR SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL PRIOR TO 12:00 PM ON THE MEETING DATE: - To attend the meeting in-person at West Point City Hall: - West Point City Hall is located at: 3200 W 300 N, West Point, UT 84015 - Follow the instructions below to submit your comments via email (MUST be received by 12 PM on the meeting date): Emailed comments will be forwarded to the Council and included in the written minutes of the meeting. They will not be read aloud during the public hearing. - Due to time, please limit your statement to 250 words.
