- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting is being held by the Garland City Planning Commission on August 12, 2025, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the Garland City Offices at 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah, to review and discuss proposed updates to the City's Annexation Policy.
