- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, to consider a Scarecrow Walk fee schedule, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed fee schedule and to explain the reasons for the proposed fees. Fee Component Proposed Fee Single Scarecrow entry $20 Multi-Scarecrow Scene entry $40 *Private individuals or families not promoting any business or organization will have the entry fee waived.
