- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parowan Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider comments regarding Short Term Rental Code on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, UT. A rough draft of the proposed Short Term Rental Code may be obtained by contacting the Parowan City Office, 435-477-3331, or emailing Callie Bassett, City Recorder at: callie@parowan.gov. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I, the duly appointed City Recorder of Parowan City, do hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted this 23rd, day of July, 2025. A copy of the foregoing notice and agenda was emailed to The Spectrum, posted at the Parowan City Hall, posted on the Parowan City website at www.parowan.gov, and posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
