- Washington City residents interested in speaking before the City Council must sign up in person. Forms will be available to the public in the Council Chambers prior to the start of the meeting. Submissions will be taken until 10 minutes after the meeting begins. The Mayor will determine the order in which comments will be given. 1. Comments from the Public.
