- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting July 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. Welcome --Mayor 1. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer- 2. Roll Call - City Recorder 3. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register: Dated 07/05/2025 to 07/18/2025 in the amount of $115,719.96 Requisition #71420250650 to Ken Garff in the amount of $64,348.55 for Power Department Truck. - Shane Ward Requisition #20224222042 to Commercial Business Radio L.C. in the amount of $37,475.00 for the Fire Department - Chief Sam Draper Other Requisitions as needed. 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor June 24, 2025, Public Hearing July 8, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting 5. Discussion and Possible Approval of Culinary Water Request- Casey Larsen 6. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door prior to the start of the meeting. Participation is limited to three minutes. Each participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 7. Council Reports 8. Update of Veteran's Memorial Fund Balance- Dave Oxman 9. Mayor Report 10.
