- MAY 19, 2025 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1165 S Valley Grove Way (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John Properties for a commercial site plan for a retail building (Building 'P'), located at approximately 1165 S Valley Grove Way in The Grove - Interchange Subdistrict. 2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1077 S Mountain View Lane (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John Properties for a commercial site plan for a retail building (Building 'Q'), located at approximately 1077 S Mountain View Lane in The Grove - Interchange Subdistrict. 3. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1033 S Mountain View Lane (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John Properties for a commercial site plan for a retail building (Building 'R'), located at approximately 1033 S Mountain View Lane in The Grove - Interchange Subdistrict. Review and approve the minutes for the March 3, 2025, meeting. For assistance in understanding the above items, you may contact City Planner, Jacob Hawkins, at (801) 785-6057.
