- 2025 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION NOTICE Notice is here by given that the City of Green River will hold a Municipal Primary Election (August 12, 2025) to eliminate 1 candidate for Green River City Mayor seat and 6 candidates for the Green River City Council seats (thereby reducing the Mayor seat to (2) candidates and the City Council seats to (4) candidates for the General Election ballot.) Each Mayor and City Council seat will be a four-year term. In accordance with Utah Annotated Code 20A-6-305 (Master ballot position list), the City Council candidates will appear on the Municipal Primary Election ballot as follows: Green River City Mayor candidate (2) seats: William Travis Bacon Michael B. Silliman Ren Lloyd Hatt Green River City Council (4) seats: Tonya Bigelow Stephanie Crabtree Mary LeiAnn Chidester Conra Weber Scott Jacob Ryan Tamara Ekker Jay D.
