- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on June 16th, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East MainStreet, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny minutes for May 19th, 2025 meeting: 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny UFRA Comments and Business: 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny Forestry, Fire and State Lands Comments and Business: 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny BLM Comments and Business: 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny Mineral Lease Money and Budget so far this year: 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny Opening MOU to change it so Chief can Carry Handheld Radios: 7.
