- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings have been scheduled for the following items to be heard by the Garland City Planning Commission on July 8 at 7:00 pm and the Garland City Council on August 6 at 7:00 pm. The meetings will be held in the Garland City Offices at 72 North Main Street Garland, Utah. 1) Review and possible action on revisions to the City's Annexation Policy. 2) Review and possible action on revisions to the City's Engineering Standards.
