Public Comment The Board requests that you provide written notice to be heard for public comment so we can plan for the time required for this agenda item. Monthly Training Topic: None Review and discussion of Annual Board Calendar Student Council Report Business Manager Monthly Report Director's Monthly Report Reports from Board Committees: Finance/Audit- Policy Charter Accountability Executive Marketing Taskforce Approval of the June 19th, 2025 meeting minutes. Discussion and possible approval of the Early Learning Plan. Discussion and possible approval of the purchase of a dump truck Discussion and possible approval of the Employee Dress Code Policy Discussion and possible approval of the Salary Supplement for Highly Needed Educators (SHiNE) Program (previously known as TSSP) Discussion and possible approval of the LEA Specific License for Camile Covey Discussion and possible approval of the Tough Mudder event Discussion of 20256-2026 Board Meeting Schedule Review of Washington county data on teen pregnancy, child sexual abuse, sexually transmitted diseases and infections, and the number of pornography complaints or instances reported at Valley Academy Closed session, if needed. Utah Code 52-4-205(a). Any action necessary from closed session. Recap and assignment of any action items needed from this meeting Next proposed meeting is August 9th, 2025. Adjourn
