- SEVIER COUNTY COMMISSION June 23, 2025 WORKSESSION Meeting begins at 10:30 AM 1. Update on Central Utah Agri Park 2. Discussion with local drainage districts. 3. Discussion concerning Rocky Mountain Power easements near Glenwood. 4. Discussion about RS2477 roads and gates. 5. Draft land use zone regulations for Elsinore Addition subdivision. **Commission Worksession will be held in Room 116 of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main, Richfield. **Should matters arise involving litigation, personnel issues, real estate transactions, security, criminal investigations, or commercial information discussions, the Commission may close any portion of this agenda as provided by Utah State law.
