HINCKLEY, UT THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF GOVERNING BODY - BOARDS - COMMITTEES: BRIAN FLORANG, CHRIS MORK, SKIP TAYLOR, RAY SEARLE, ALAN MILLER VII. STAFF REPORTING VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. General Plan Update - Jess Peterson, Six County Community Advisor. 2. Open and consider bids submitted for the Industrial Park road project. 3. Review and discuss a draft letter to residents concerning right-of-way encroachments. 4.
