- Heber City Corporation NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of July 2025 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street Heber City, Utah the Planning Commission will hold and conduct a Public Hearing to consider: Proposed Development Agreement for 98 West 100 South. Summary of proposed amendment: The applicant intends to create a 'food truck court' that would consist of spaces for 8 food trucks, tables for guests, bathrooms and parking on the site. An MDA is required to facilitate construction of the food truck court. If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov. Comments may be read aloud during the open comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting. DATED this 10th day of July 2025 HEBER CITY CORPORATION PUBLIC NOTICE POSTED: 10th day of July 2025, on the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. the City website, and in eight other locations in Heber City, Utah.
