- NOTICE OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING May 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Development Review Committee will hold a regularly scheduled Development Review Committee meeting on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS 3. CONSENT ITEMS 3.1. Approval of the January 16th, 2025 Development Review Committee Meeting Minutes 3.2. Approval of the February 20th, 2025 Development Review Committee Meeting Minutes. 4. BUSINESS ITEMS 4.1. Utah City Phase 3 Plat Amendment Bronson Tatton with Flagborough is requesting approval of the Utah City Phase 3 Plat Amendment. 4.2. Utah City Phase 4 Plat Bronson Tatton with Flagborough is requesting approval of Utah City Phase Four Final Plat application. 4.3. Orchards Phase 4 Final Plat Final Plat application 5. WORK SESSION 5.1. Vineyard Properties of Utah Lot 6 Site Plan Brett Wood with Fincon, representing Martin Snow and MSI Properties of Vineyard, is requesting review of the Lot 6 Site Plan (Plan25-0004) Application 6. ADJOURNMENT The next regularly scheduled meeting is May 15th, 2025. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a committee member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all public meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Planning Department at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
