- EPHRAIM CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA Council Room - Ephraim City Hall 5 South Main, Ephraim, Utah Wednesday, June 25, 2025 6:00 PM 6:00 PM ROLL CALL CALL TO ORDER I. PROCEDURES - PROCEDURES EXPLAINED II. APPLICANT SELF-INTRODUCTION - EACH APPLICANT WILL HAVE ONE MINUTE TO INTRODUCE THEMSELVES III. QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD - TIMED RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS FROM THE CITY COUNCIL IV. CLOSING STATEMENT - EACH APPLICANT WILL HAVE TWO MINUTES FOR FINAL COMMENTS V. DELIBERATION AND VOTING - THE CITY COUNCIL WILL DELIBERATE AND VOTE BY SECRET BALLOT VI. APPOINTMENT AND SWEARING-IN - THE APPLICANT RECEIVING THE MOST VOTES WILL BE APPOINTED AND SWORN IN AS THE NEW CITY COUNCIL MEMBER ADJOURNMENT In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available. Request for accommodations and interpretive services must be made three (3) working days prior to the meeting. Please contact the city office at 283-4631 for information or assistance. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted this 24nd day of June 2025.
