- Public Notice Garland City is accepting closed bids for the following surplus property, with a minimum of $80,000.00. 1. 170 North 400 East Bids will be accepted until Friday, June 27, 2025, by 9 a.m., with bids to be opened at 10 a.m. For more information, contact Kristal Edwards at (435) 257-3165 or by email at kristal@garlandutah.org.
