- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Hatch will hold its meeting on the 16th day of April 2025, at the Hatch Community Center at 49 W Center Hatch, Utah which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Petitions, Remonstrations and Communications 5.1 Use/Rental of Hatch Community Center from other entities 5.2 Town maintenance employee at an hourly rate for special projects 5.3 Blackburn Propane Property 5.4 New Christmas lighting - funding available for Garfield County Tourism 6. Ordinances 7.
