- Notice of a Public Hearing Ballard Water Improvement District will hold a public hearing on June 24, 2025, at City Building located at 2381 East 1000 South at 5:30 p.m. to solicit comments from the public regarding raising the monthly water rates for all connections serviced by Ballard Water. Anyone interested in this matter is invited to attend the public hearing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Kaelyn Meyers at Ballard City Office 2381 East 1000 South, Ballard, Utah.
