Welcome by Gene Shawcroft, Chairman 2. Member entities changes and designation of their Representatives a. Status report on each entity confirming its current representative 3. Approval of the minutes of the June 4, 2024, annual meeting of the Representatives 4. Election of new Directors 5. Presentation of the FY 2023/2024 audit report 6. Review check register for FY 2024/2025 7. Discuss proposed budget for FY 2025/2026 8. Report on the financing activity of the Agency, if any 9. Ratification of the actions of the Board since the last meeting of the Representatives a. JVWCD extended their SBPA with JPM on the B-1 Bonds b. CUWCD extended their SBPA with JPM on the B-2 Bonds 10. Other business (discussion only, if any) 11. Adjourn
