- 1. Call to Order / Roll Call 2. Presentation & Discussion - Representatives from Castlewood Development will present an updated proposal for a mixed-use development along the 700 North corridor. The City Council will review and provide general feedback on the development plan and may discuss possible project incentives, and possible purchase of property for economic development purposes in the area. No motions will be made on this item. 3. Closed Session - The City Council will discuss potential purchase or sale of real property per Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(e). This session is closed to the general public. 4. Adjourn
