- LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF OREM 2025 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY CANDIDATES I, Teresa McKitrick, City Recorder for the City of Orem, do hereby certify that the following individuals have met the qualifications to be candidates in the City of Orem 2025 Municipal Election. The City Council Candidates will be in a Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
