- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING Wednesday, June 11, 2025 7:00 PM Opening Ceremonies Welcome: Mayor Anderson conducting Pledge of Allegiance Invocation: By Invitation * The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of the agenda items may change.) Public Comments Time set aside for council to receive public comments- See Note Discussion and Action Items White's Sanitation- annual update Discussion and approval of Grand Marshal 2025 Discussion and amendment of Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Discussion and adoption of Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Discussion and adoption of Ordinance 2025-1 An Ordinance Establishing Compensation for Elected and Statutory Officers of Mayfield Town Discussion and adoption of Ordinance 2025-2 An Ordinance Establishing minimum gutter drainage maintenance and minimum culver size Discussion and adoption of Ordinance 2025-3 An Ordinance Prohibiting Dogs in Mayfield Town Park Discussion and adoption of Ordinance 2025-4 An Ordinance Requiring Dumpsters and Portable Restroom Facilities at Construction Sites Discussion of joining with Gunnison Valley PD for police coverage Council Business Department Reports Review and approval of Claims- Invoices from the register dated 05/15/2025 thru 06/11/2025 Review and approval of Minutes- Regular meeting May 14, 2025 Mayor Anderson- Report on Gunnison Valley Hospital Ordinance Violations Unfinished Business Adjourn Notes: Public Comment-Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Each individual will have up to two minutes to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comments at this time. At the conclusion of each public comment, the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All Town Council meetings are recorded. The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5 (to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or acquisition of property) . Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Town Council and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance.
