- Public Notice March 28, 2025 VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing of the Vernal City Planning Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 5:30 pm to consider amending the Vernal City Municipal Planning and Zoning Code to consider major changes to Chapter 16.60, Master Site Plan - Ordinance No 2025-07. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Braeden Christofferson, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2271. Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; Posted on the Vernal City Website; Posted in conspicuous places within Vernal City; and Posting date: March 28, 2025 Notice must remain in place through April 8, 2025.
