- Notice of Intent to Prepare Impact Fee Facility Plan and Impact Fee Analysis with Respect to Roadway Facilities Erda, a municipal corporation of the state of Utah, located in Tooele County, intends to prepare an impact fee facility plan and an impact fee analysis with respect to roadway facilities. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. ยง 11- 36a-501 and 503, notice is hereby given of such intent. The geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire area of Erda. Further information regarding the impact fee analysis may be obtained from the City Recorder at the address and telephone number set forth below. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Erda will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the preparation of the impact fee facility plan. Individuals may make a request for assistance by contacting the Recorder's Office at (435) 243-5577 at least 24 hours in advance of when the accommodations are requested. Erda City 2163 West.
