- Bicknell Town's Budget Hearing for 2025 - 2026 will be held on June 5, 2025. at 6:45 p.m. in the town hall building, 64 W 100 North, Bicknell. The regular Town Council meeting will follow this hearing. The public is invited to provide comments, which are generally limited to three minutes per individual. Kelsey Brinkerhoff, Town Clerk
