- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a proposed amendment to the St. George City Zoning Ordinance affecting Agricultural Zones (Sections 10-5-3, 10-5-6, and 10-5-10). The proposed amendment would revise setback requirements and update standards for accessory structures. The applicant is Apryl Young-Cox, represented by Brian Dean. Case No. 2025-ZRA-009. ¬____________________________ ______ July 11, 2025_____________ Angie Jessop, Development Services Date REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
