- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance - C. Invocation/Moment of Silence - Commissioner Froerer D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $407,885.35. 2. Request for approval of warrants #491816-491888 and #491889-492007 in the amount of $3,005,071.47. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of ACH payment to Zion's Bank in the amount of $297,572.27. 5. Request for approval of new business licenses. 6. Request for approval of GRAMA Portal contract renewal by and between Weber County and CivicPlus. 7. Request for approval of a Public Entity Affidavit relating to the 3300 South Right of Way. 8. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Ashley Hill. 9. Request for approval of amendment #6 to a contract by and between Weber County and the State of Utah, Attorney General's Office to add this fiscal year's funding from the state to the Weber-Morgan Children's Justice Center. 10. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Tonaquint Data Centers dba ValorC3 for data storage. G. Action- 1. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County Appointing two members to the Ogden Valley Planning Commission. Presenter: Rick Grover 2.
