- PUBLIC NOTICE UINTAH SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT #1 NOTICE OF SEALED BID OPENING Uintah Special Service District 1 (USSD1) will conduct a sealed bid opening for the Golf Course Lounge Construction Project on: Date: July 23, 2025 Time: 10:00 AM Location: Uintah Recreation Center - Conference Room 610 South Vernal Avenue Vernal, Utah 84078 All bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents and received prior to the deadline. The public is welcome to attend the bid opening. Bid amounts will be read aloud; however, all bids will be subject to review for completeness and qualifications before awarding the project.
