- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and City Council of Castle Dale City, Emery County, State of Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Castle Dale City Hall located at 20 South 100 East on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 7:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Minutes from Previous Meeting: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Bouldering Summer Camp - Use of Visitors Center: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Amend changes to 8-13-09B: 3-8-2-D-1-I, change or eliminate the 12 policy: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Open 2025 Budget - Make Adjustments: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Ratify All Abilities Park and Park Donation Set County Tax Rate: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Adopt Tentative 2026 Budget: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Land Use Committee: Kerry Lake Animal Control/Code Enforcement: Terry Lofthouse Maintenance: Ignacio Arrien Fire Department: Ignacio Arrien Treasurer/Recorder reports Mayor and Council reports Executive Session if needed Bills presented for signatures: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Adjourn meeting
