City Status Report - May 2025 - Nathan Cherpeski, City Manager 2.2. Discussion regarding allowable uses in building 7 at Copper View Plaza (Formerly Mountain View Plaza) - Blake Thomas, Community Development Director 2.3. Discussion Regarding Improvements on Gina Road - Blake Thomas, Community Development Director and Justun Edwards, Public Works Director 2.4. Approval of the May 15, 2025, special City Council meeting minutes 8.4. Review and consider a resolution to declare a property segment located partially within the Mountain View Corridor right-of-way at 5149 W and 5151 W 11800 South and owned by the Utah Department of Transportation as 'impracticable' for the development of a Transit Station Area Plan as required by Utah State Code and monitored by the Wasatch Front Regional Council - Michael Maloy, City Planner 8.5. Acknowledging changes made to the Creek Ridge Master Development Agreement Amendment #2 per Council's action and direction from the April 23, 2025 meeting. 9. Discussion and Action Items 9.1.
