Box 175, Annabella, UT 84711 phone (435) 896-6571 ANNABELLA BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. John Chartier conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Board of Adjustments Meeting A. Roll call II. Business A. Consider variance request application for Tracy Nebeker/Annabella Blooms location at 110 E. Center B. Other business III. Adjourn. I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was posted at the Annabella Town Office, website sweethomeannabella.com, posted on the Utah Public Notice website and members of the Annabella Board of Adjustments.
