- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Levan Town will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2025. The project to be discussed includes Pickleball Courts for Levan Town. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, and will be held at Levan Town Offices, 20 N Main St, Levan, UT 84639. Further information can be obtained by contacting Christine Carrigan at 435-623-1959. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Christine Carrigan at Levan Town Offices, 20 N Main St, Levan, UT 84639 at least three days prior to the hearing.
