- CENTERFIELD CITY CITY COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Centerfield City Council will hold its regular meeting on June 18, 2025. The meeting will be held in the Centerfield City Hall, 130 South Main, Centerfield; which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1 Roll Call 2 Pledge of Allegiance by elected official 3 Invocation by elected official 4 Reading and approval of minutes 5 Petitions, Remonstrances and Communications (Public Forum): PUBLIC HEARING- Discussion and adoption of rates for sewer, police department, fire department & irrigation meter replacement fee PUBLIC HEARING- Open and amend the 2024-2025 budget PUBLIC HEARING- Approve the 2025-2026 budget PUBLIC HEARING- Approve Resolution 2025-4 Consolidated Fee Schedule Adam Jackson- Youth City Council Proposal/Discussion Kasey Petersen- Buffer Zone Application Land Purchase Expenditure 6 Unfinished Business/ Report of Council Members 7 EXECUTIVE SESSION (May be called to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual) 8 EXECUTIVE SESSION (May be called to discuss the pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or purchase, exchange, or lease of real property) 9 Adjournment NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-3296 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
