- Notice is hereby given The mayor and city council of Helper City, A municipal corporation will hold a special meeting On the 19th day of June. At City Hall, 58 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 3:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public comment. 5- Discussion and Possible approval of the quote for fertilizer for Public Works. 6- Discussion and Possible approval of the Request for Qualifications for Transportation Master Planning. 7- Public hearing on amending the budget year 2024-2025. 8- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2025-02 amending the budget year 2024-2025. 9- Public hearing on adopting the budget year 2025-2026. 10- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2025-03 adopting the budget year 2025-2026. 11- Discussion and approval of the 2025 approximate certified tax rate. Possible closed session. Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.gov. I, Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 17th day of June 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling (435) 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
