- Notice of Application for Position White City Water Improvement District is currently accepting applications for a position on the Board of Trustees. If you are interested in this position, please submit your application at the District Office, Attn: General Manager, located at 999 E. Galena Drive, Sandy, UT. weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A copy of the application may be obtained at the office or website: wcwid.utah.gov. The deadline for submission of the application is July 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Criteria to submit an application is: you must be a US citizen, a registered voter at the location of your residence, and a resident within the boundaries of the District.
