- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and regular Council Meeting on the 3rd day of June, 2025 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order Public Hearing to hear on the following: - Fiscal Year 2026 Budget 2. Adjourn to Regular Council Meeting - Opening Ceremony - Mayor N. Craig Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 6, 2025 3. Business - Youth Council Liaison - Ordinance 25-02 'An Ordinance Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2026 Budget 4. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Green Waste Dumpster Rate Increase Councilmember M. Stephensen - May Warrant List - Youth Council - Pony Express Days Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Emergency Management - Cache County School District Councilmember J. Petersen - Roads Department - Parks/Sports and Recreation Dept. Floats/Parades 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next Meeting - July 1, 2025 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
