- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford Public Library will hold a special meeting, reserving the right to go into executive session Monday June 30, at the library, 401 South 100 West, Milford, Utah 84751 at 2:00 PM. 1. 2:00 PM WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER 2. Old Business: a. Minutes from the previous meeting 3. New Business: a. Policy change to IOAP b. Member comments and concerns 4. Adjournment BOARD MEMBERS: Jaynell Bailey, Shanyce Maxwell, Evelyn Wright, Connie Puffer, Lynae Malchus, Meaghan Ah-Fook, Lydia Gross, Sherri Yardley, Council Member Scott Symond, Library Director Cynthia Carter, Assistant Librarian Lacey Wiseman.
