- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING JUNE 17th, 2025 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on June 17th, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Call to order - Prayer offered by PresLee Jensen - Pledge of Allegiance led by Heidi Eyre New Business 10:05: Approve Bills 10:10: Ratify New Hires 10:15: Resolution 2025- : Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Beaver County Commission to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Beaver County and the Beaver County Community Development and Renewal Agency, as it relates to the Milford II (Expansion) Community Reinvestment Project Area; and related matters. 10:20: Large Public Assembly Application - Eagle Point 10:30: IDC Funding Contract 10:35: Sheriff's Office Contract ADJOURN 10:40: Council of Governments Meeting 10:40-Beaver City 10:50-Minersville City 11:00-Milford City 11:10-School District 11:20- UDOT 11:30-BLM 11:40- Forest Service (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN Any other business properly brought before the Board.
