- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING JUNE 10th, 2025 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BEAVER COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, and the Board of Trustees of the Beaver County Community Development and Renewal Agency will hold a regular and special Meeting on June 10th, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Old Courthouse Museum 90 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Call to order - Prayer offered by Wade Hollingshead - Pledge of Allegiance led by Color Guard New Business 10:05: Recognize and honor DUP 10:10: Approve Bills 10:15: Approve Minutes ADJOURN AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION/CONVENE AS BEAVER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY - 10:25: PUBLIC HEARING: Milford Solar II Community reinvestment project area 10:30: Resolution No. 2025-09 - A Resolution of the Board of the Beaver County Community Development and Renewal Agency Authorizing and Approving the Milford II (Expansion) CRA Project Area Plan; and related matters RECONVENE AS BEAVER COUNTY COMMISSION 10:35: Ordinance No. 2025-04 - An Ordinance of the County Commission Authorizing and Approving the Milford II (Expansion) CRA Project Area Plan, as the 'Official Plan' of the Milford II (Expansion) CRA Project Area; and related matters 10:40: Ordinance No. 2025-05 - TRT on Short Term Rentals 10:50: Candace Reid - Update 10:55: Milford Power Line ROW Easement 11:00: Declare Items as Surplus 11:05: Victims Advocate Update 11:15: UAC updates 11:40: Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
