- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST To hear public comment regarding a proposed Zone Change for a new mixed-use project at 2523 South 200 West from R-4 (Single-Family Residential) to MXD-R (Mixed-Use Residential). BACKGROUND The applicant requests a Zone Change for a property along Orchard Drive to meet the City's long-term vision of encouraging appropriately scaled residential and neighborhood-serving commercial projects. With this requested zone change the applicant is proposing a development plan which would provide the standards of which the development will adhere to. MEETING DATE, TIME, & PLACE Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 6:30 PM Bountiful City Hall, 795 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah, 84010 COMMENT Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting.
