- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Gateway at Sand Hollow Public Infrastructure District No. 1 Board of Trustees Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GATEWAY AT SAND HOLLOW PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 29, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 9:30 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. Open and amend the 2023 & 2024 Budget D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on February 20, 2025 E. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the First Quarter Financial Statements 2. Consider Resolution 2025-02, amendments to the 2023 Budget 3. Consider Resolution 2025-03, amendments to the 2024 Budget F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Review of 2022 Audit G. Other Items From Board Members H. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance. This meeting will be simulcast via Zoom so members of the Board and the public may participate electronically. Motions relating to any of the items listed above, including final action, may be taken. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
