- Notice is hereby given that Eureka City will hold a Municipal Primary Election to eliminate one candidate from the field of Mayor candidates (thereby reducing the candidates to 2 for the General Election ballot). The Mayor is a four-year term. In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 20A-6-305 (Master ballot position list), Mayor candidates will appear on the Municipal Primary Election ballot as follows: Eureka City Mayor ( Vote for One) SHANE EMERY CHARLESWORTH ROBERT W JENKINS SCOTT C. PUGH 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION: Tuesday, August 12, 2025 Elections will be VOTE-BY-MAIL, administered by Juab County Clerk's Office. Local Drop Box is located at the Eureka City Office (15 North Church Street). Ballots can be dropped off at the Juab County Clerks Office (160 N Main Street, Nephi, UT 84648). PRIMARY Election Day Voting: August 12, 2025
