- PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on July 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider a Development Agreement with Anderson Development for the Abildskov property (parcels 30:002:0033, 30:002:0032, and 25:069:0092) property located at approximately 250 East between 850 North and 1100 North, and 350 East 1150 North. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a Development Agreement with Anderson Development for the Abildskov property (parcels 30:002:0033, 30:002:0032, and 25:069:0092) property located at approximately 250 East between 850 North and 1100 North, and 350 East 1150 North.
