- SF Logo Wednesday, June 18, 2025 Amended Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Annexation A. 1050 WEST ANNEXATION. This proposal involves a request to annex 99.56 acres of land into the city. The subject property is located at approximately 1050 West 6400 South. 2. Final Plat A. SPANISH SPRINGS SUBDIVISION PHASE 3. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for two industrial lots located at 170 East 2700 North. 3. Site Plan A. REV 6 OFFICE WAREHOUSE. This proposal involves site improvements and the addition of an industrial building located at 1327 North 200 East. 4. Discussion A. 2000 E US-6 CONNECTION. 5. Adjourn
