- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING MAP AMENDMENT FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY (PDO) APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 9th, 2025 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding a proposed Centerville Zoning Map amendment for the property located at 522 West Porter Lane from Residential Medium (R-M) zoning to Residential Medium Planned Development Overlay (R-M PDO) zoning and associated Conceptual Site Plan.
