Acceptance of minutes from May 28, 2025, Approval of Agenda 4. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting. 5. Council Business: a. NPPD Update b. Mayor/Staff Reports c. Presentation from On-Point Surveys 6. Action Items: a. Consider the Final plat & Plan for Wolf Pack Heights (Planning Commission recommends no approval) b. Consider Development agreement for Muir Development. c. Discuss Wasatch Development Group development agreement. 7. Adjourn:
