- NOTICE OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF SUCCESS ACADEMY BOARD OF TRUSTEES PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of SUCCESS Academy will hold an online meeting on the Google Meet platform. The online address for this meeting is https://meet.google.com/bkz-nhoi-dsg. Please call 435-383-3889 for assistance in logging on if needed. The meeting will commence at 5:00 pm on Monday, April 7th, 2025. The agenda for this meeting consists of the following: Conducting: Jodi Porter Welcome: A. Approval of Minutes 1. Minutes from February 24th, 2025 meeting B. Public Input Science Fair accomplishments (Principal Hawkley, Principal Reid) Sterling Scholar (Principal Hawkley, Principal Reid) Trailblazer award discussion (Jodi) C. How well are school finances being managed and safeguarded from risk? 1. Review of Expenditures and Revenue (Ben) D. How well is the school meeting federal, state, and USOE laws and regulations? 1. Approval of 2025-2026 Board of Trustee Meeting Dates(Board Vote)(Ben) 2. Approval of 2025-2026 School Calendar for SUU SUCCESS, & UT SUCCESS (Board Vote)(Ben) 3. Trustland Plan (SUU,UT SUCCESS) (Board Vote)(Principal Hawklye, Principal Reid) 4. Concurrent Enrollment Fees option (Board Vote)(Ben) E. Executive Session 1. Executive session to discuss position openings. Next Meetings 1. Monday, June 23rd, 2025, 5:00 pm, SUU SUCCESS, Multipurpose Building, rm 205.
