- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. SWEARING IN - Youth City Council 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the special meeting held on May 27, 2025, and the regular meeting held on May 27, 2025. 7. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for May 2025. 8. BUSINESS a. Debbie Mayo and Brooke Roundy to report on New Horizons and request the City's continued participation in grant funding. b. Public hearing to receive comments on updates to the General Plan. c. Public hearing to receive comments on proposed text amendments to Title 17 of the Land Use Code, aimed at increasing consistency and compliance with current State requirements, and addressing clarity and correctness issues related to plan reviews. d. Public hearing to receive comments on the tentative budget for fiscal year 2025-26 and the current budget for fiscal year 2024-25. e. Recess to convene a Municipal Building Authority Meeting. f. Reconvene. g. Consider what, if any, incentives the city would consider giving businesses in the Inland Port Project Area that relocate to Richfield. 9. OTHER BUSINESS 10. ADJOURNMENT
