- Notice of Public Hearing The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 6:00 pm. Zone Change & Preliminary Plat: Maple Mountain Plat N Zone Change & Preliminary Plat A public hearing will be held with the City Council on a property located at approximately 2120 East 130 North to add the Master Planned Development Overlay Zone to the R-1-12 Zone in order to develop 33 single-family residential lots. This hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork. If you have any questions or comments concerning these requests, please contact Kasey Woodard at 801.804.4580 or by email at kwoodard@spanishfork.gov. Written questions and comments will be forwarded to the City Council.
